We will also have a 50/50 raffle called "Head's or Tails" that's just gonna be a gas! Raffle tickets will be available at the door and the winner gets HALF of the total pot! (Yes, it's 60's but don't get any funny ideas)!
Oh yah - and there's a silent auction! You're going to want to grab that scratch and call dibs on some way fab auction items!
We are asking for your support!
Proceeds from the Fundraiser will go to purchase much needed sound equipment for our Theatre department. If you've been to any of our productions, you know they are top notch. You'll also know they're hard to hear sometimes due to the challenge of making standard microphones do what they are not designed to do. We are working with Jay of JBL Productions to purchase wireless headset mics that will dramatically improve the audience experience! This will be about a $5000 purchase.
Funds raised beyond this will help fund our scholarship program. We have an average of 25 kids on scholarship which represents $2100/mo ($21,000 for the season) in tuition assistance that we need help underwriting. If you are interested specifically in sponsoring a student, we invite you to visit our sponsorship page to learn how you can help.
As a non-profit, we do rely on generous contributions from our community to keep us running on all cylinders. Your donation will help us continue our mission "to provide skills for life through quality and values-driven performing arts education".
